Terms of service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Agreement to these terms

By creating a Spreader account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Spreader.

What Spreader does

Spreader is a publishing tool. You upload a video and choose the networks it should go to. Spreader then publishes that video to the social accounts you have connected, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X and Threads.

Spreader is a tool for your content. You remain the sole owner of your videos, captions and accounts, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use Spreader, and you must be allowed to use the social accounts you connect.

Keep your sign-in method (Google or Apple) secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your Spreader account.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload. You grant Spreader only the permission needed to publish them to the platforms you choose and to store them while your account exists.

You confirm that your content follows the rules of each platform you publish to, and that you have the rights to the music, footage and other material in your videos. Spreader may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the rules of a connected platform.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise Spreader to publish on your behalf and to read that account's profile details and statistics. Connection tokens are stored encrypted and used only for actions you start in Spreader.

You can disconnect an account at any time on a network page. Disconnecting stops Spreader from publishing to that account.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Spreader available and working, but the service is provided as is. Connected platforms may change or limit their APIs, and publishing to a platform can fail for reasons outside Spreader's control.

Spreader may add, change or remove features. We may also pause or discontinue the service; if we do, we will try to give you reasonable notice through the app or this site.

Termination

You can stop using Spreader and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, networks, connected account links, uploads and statistics.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, misuses the service, or risks the security of other users.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Spreader is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost followers, revenue or platform reach caused by failed or delayed publishing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page. Continued use of Spreader after a change means you accept the updated terms.
